ProcessModel Shipping Policy

All valid orders received before 12:00 noon Mountain Time (GMT -7) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 noon, or on weekends or other non-business days will ship the following business day.

As a standard ProcessModel ships order placed through the online store via FedEx.

ProcessModel may ship products using an alternate carrier at its sole discretion.

ProcessModel will charge to your credit card the cost of shipping the product ordered according to our established shipping rates.

All shipping charges, import taxes and fees and other VAT fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. ProcessModel will not, under any circumstance, accept responsibility for any fees assessed by shipping carriers or other agencies in the delivery of your order.

ProcessModel Returns Policy

ProcessModel, Inc. will accept returns in accordance with the following guidlines.

Academic Purchases

ProcessModel, Inc. does not accept returns from academic instituions or students for the materials purchased. Should and error have occurred in processing your order, ProcessModel will, at its own expense, ship you the correct materials. University bookstores may not return unused materials.

University bookstores may exhange older software versions purchased from ProcessModel, Inc. with the current release version.

Training and Consulting Purchases

Training fees are for services rendered at the time training is provided. ProcessModel, Inc. will not refund training fees after the training has been completed. ProcessModel, Inc. further stipulates that it will not refund any travel or other expenses associated with training attendance.

Fees for process improvement skills certification testing will not be refunded. Should you fail to successfully pass the test to be certified, you will need pay the fees once more in order take the test.

Other Purchases

ProcessModel, Inc. will use its discretion in determining the validity of return claims for other purchases. ProcessModel, Inc. reserves the right to place reasonable conditions on returned product. Outdated materials cannot be returned.
